This card is seated in a PCIe 2.0 x16 and SATA powered. I also checked that all drivers are updated but none of this has solved the problem and I don't know if there's something I haven't done yet or the I have windows 8.1, the kinect is connected to an USB3 and the BIOS is configured to use the GEN2 PCIx.
